REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid services on Riyameet. Please read this policy before purchasing a subscription or paid feature.
1. Paid Services
Riyameet may offer the following paid services:
Premium memberships
Subscriptions
Paid features
In-app purchases
Other paid services
Before you make a payment, we will show the price, service details, and subscription period.
2. Payment Methods
Payments may be made through Google Play, the Apple App Store, authorised payment providers, or other payment methods offered by Riyameet. The payment provider may have its own payment and refund rules.
3. Automatic Renewal
Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. Before purchasing, check the price, subscription period, renewal date, renewal price (where shown), and cancellation terms.
4. How to Cancel a Subscription
If you do not want your subscription to renew, cancel it before the next renewal date.
If you purchased through Google Play, cancel it through your Google Play account.
If you purchased through the Apple App Store, cancel it through your Apple account.
If you purchased through another payment provider, follow that provider’s cancellation process.
Uninstalling the Riyameet app does not cancel your subscription.
5. What Happens After Cancellation
When you cancel a subscription, it normally stops the next renewal. Depending on the service and payment platform, you may continue to use the paid service until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically mean that you will receive a refund for a previous payment.
6. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the type of purchase, where you made the purchase, the payment method, the payment provider’s rules, and your legal rights.
A refund is not automatically provided simply because:
You did not use the service.
You stopped using the app.
You deleted the app or your account.
You did not use all premium features.
You forgot to cancel your subscription.
Where a refund is required by law or allowed under the payment platform’s rules, the applicable refund process will apply.
7. Google Play and Apple App Store Purchases
If you purchased a Riyameet subscription or paid feature through Google Play or the Apple App Store, the relevant platform may handle the payment and refund. You may need to request a refund through the same platform where you made the purchase. Riyameet does not promise a refund where the payment platform does not allow one, except where a refund is required by law.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Charges
Contact our support team if you believe you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or paid but did not receive the service.
To help us investigate, provide the following information where available:
Riyameet account information
Transaction ID
Purchase date
Purchased service
Amount charged
Other information needed to identify the transaction
Do not send us your password, one-time password (OTP), CVV, full card number, or banking password.
9. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your subscription may not start, premium features may not become available, paid access may be restricted, or you may need to try the payment again. Your payment provider may also provide information about the failed payment.
10. Account Deletion and Subscription
Deleting your Riyameet account does not always cancel a subscription purchased through Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another external payment provider. If you have an active subscription, cancel it through the platform where you purchased it.
11. Technical or Service Problems
If you paid for a service but could not use the paid feature because of a technical problem, contact Riyameet support and provide your transaction details so that we can check the issue. Depending on the situation, we may restore the service or handle the issue according to the applicable refund rules.
12. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will normally be sent through the original payment method. The time needed to receive the refund may depend on the payment provider, bank, card provider, Google Play, the Apple App Store, or another payment service.
13. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
If Riyameet offers a free trial or promotional offer, the specific terms will be shown before you start it. Some free trials may automatically become a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial ends. Check the offer details before starting a free trial.
