How to Request Help
Email support@riyameet.com and describe your issue clearly. To help us understand the problem, include your account email or user ID (if available), the feature involved, and any relevant error message or screenshot.
For payment issues, you may include the transaction ID, purchase date, purchased service and amount charged. Do not send passwords, OTPs, CVV, full payment-card numbers or banking passwords.
Report a Safety Concern
If another user is harassing, threatening, impersonating, scamming or otherwise making you feel unsafe, use the Report or Block feature where available. You can also email support@riyameet.com with relevant details. Suspected underage accounts or child-safety concerns should be reported promptly.
If you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or police.
Subscriptions and Refunds
If you purchased a subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store, cancellation and refund requests may need to be handled through that platform. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. For duplicate charges, incorrect charges or paid features that did not activate, contact support with your transaction details.
Important Reminder
Riyameet is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. Never share your password or OTP with anyone, and avoid sending money or sensitive information to people you meet online.
