Riyameet is a dating app and website that helps users discover profiles, like people, find matches, chat, make calls, and connect with others.
These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Riyameet.
By creating an account or using Riyameet, you agree to follow these Terms.
1. Who Can Use Riyameet
Riyameet is only for people who are 18 years old or older.
By using Riyameet, you confirm that:

2. Your Account
You are responsible for your Riyameet account.

Create a fake account
Create an account for another person without permission
Pretend to be someone else
Use another person's account
Give false information
Create accounts to avoid a ban or restriction

Your profile should contain genuine and appropriate information.
You must not use your profile to:
Pretend to be another person
Mislead other users
Promote scams
Promote illegal activities
Share another person's private information
Use another person's photos without permission
Mislead people about your age
Mislead people about your identity or intentions
4. Photos, Videos and User Content
You may upload photos, videos, text, and other content.
You must have the right to share anything you upload.
You must not upload content that:
Is illegal
Harasses another person
Threatens another person
Violates someone's privacy
Is used for scams or fraud
Contains child sexual abuse or exploitation
Promotes serious harm or violence
Contains prohibited sexual content
Belongs to another person without permission
We may remove content that breaks these rules.
5. Your Rights to Your Content
You keep your rights to the photos, videos, and other content that you upload.
When you upload content to Riyameet, you give us permission to use it when needed to:

Display your profile
Provide matching features
Provide communication features
Keep the platform safe
Review reported content
Improve Riyameet
We do not use your content for unrelated purposes without a reason.
6. Matching and Discovery
Riyameet may provide:

Recommended profiles
Location-based discovery
Matching may depend on information, preferences, location, activity, or other factors.
Riyameet does not guarantee that you will find a match, relationship, friendship, or partner.
7. Chat, Voice Calls and Video Calls
Riyameet may allow users to communicate through:

Voice calls
Video calls
Other communication features
You must use these features respectfully.
You must not use them for:
Harassment
Threats
Blackmail
Scams
Spam
Sexual exploitation
Illegal activities
Sharing private information without permission
If someone makes you uncomfortable, use the Report or Block feature.
8. Community Guidelines
Riyameet is meant for respectful connections.
Users should:
Respect other people's boundaries
Communicate politely
Respect someone's decision to stop talking
Respect privacy
Use genuine information
Report unsafe behaviour
Respect another person's decision not to meet
A person does not have to continue talking to you, match with you, meet you, or share personal information with you.
9. Prohibited Behaviour
You must not use Riyameet to:
Harass someone
Stalk someone
Threaten someone
Bully someone
Blackmail someone
Intimidate someone
Send unwanted sexual content
Pressure someone to share private photos
Share intimate content without permission
Share private information without permission
Send spam
Run scams
Promote illegal activities
Misuse the reporting system
Bypass a block or account restriction
Harm another user
10. Women's Privacy and Safety
We take women's privacy and safety seriously.
You must respect every user's personal boundaries.
Do not pressure anyone to share:
Phone numbers
Home address
Exact location
Bank details
Passwords
Private photos
Private videos
Other sensitive information
No user should be pressured to:
Meet someone
Make a call
Send a photo
Send a video
Continue a conversation
Share personal information
11. Fake Profiles and Identity Misuse
Fake profiles are not allowed.
You must not:
Pretend to be another person
Use another person's photos
Create a fake identity
Misrepresent your age
Misrepresent your relationship status
Mislead users about your intentions
Use false information to gain another user's trust
If we find that an account is fake or seriously misleading, we may suspend or close it.
12. Scams, Money and Financial Fraud
Riyameet must not be used to scam or financially harm users.
You must not:
Ask users for money through dishonest methods
Run investment scams
Run loan scams
Pretend to have an emergency to get money
Ask for bank details for fraudulent purposes
Run romance scams
Trick users into sending money or valuables
Use a romantic relationship to take financial advantage of someone
Please be very careful if someone you meet online asks you for money.
Riyameet does not guarantee that another user's financial or personal claims are true.
13. Child Safety
Riyameet is strictly for users aged 18 and above.
Any sexual activity, sexual communication, grooming, exploitation, or sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
This includes:
Grooming
Sexual communication with minors
Child sexual content
Child trafficking
Sexual exploitation
Sextortion involving minors
Attempts to arrange sexual contact with a minor
We may immediately remove content, suspend or close accounts, and report serious cases to the appropriate authorities where required.
14. Reporting and Blocking
If you see behaviour that breaks our rules, please use the Report feature.
You can also use the Block feature to stop another user from contacting or interacting with you where available.
When we receive a report, we may review:
The reported profile
Relevant messages
Photos
Videos
Other information connected with the report
We may take action based on the situation.
15. Content Moderation
To keep Riyameet safe, we may use automated systems, human review, or both to identify content that may break our rules.
We may:
Remove content
Hide content
Restrict an account
Limit certain features
Suspend an account
Permanently close an account
We may also take action when needed to protect users or follow the law.
16. Suspension and Account Termination
We may suspend or close your account if:
You break these Terms
You create a fake profile
You provide false information
You scam another user
You harass or threaten someone
You upload prohibited content
You violate child safety rules
You misuse the app
You use Riyameet for illegal activities
Your activity creates a serious safety or security risk
If your account is closed because of a serious violation, you must not create another account to avoid the restriction.
17. User Safety
Dating someone you meet online involves personal risk.
Riyameet does not guarantee:
A user's identity
A user's age
A user's job
A user's income
A user's relationship status
A user's background
A user's intentions
A user's behaviour
Please use your own judgment.
When meeting someone for the first time, consider:
Meeting in a public place
Telling a trusted person
Keeping your own transport or travel plan
Avoiding sharing sensitive information
Not sending money to someone you have just met online
18. Paid Services
Riyameet may offer:
Premium membership
Subscriptions
Paid features
In-app purchases
Other paid services
Before you pay, we will show the price and important purchase details.
19. Subscription and Cancellation
Some paid services may renew automatically.
If you do not want your subscription to renew, you must cancel it before the renewal date through the platform where you purchased it.
Uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
Refunds are handled according to the Riyameet Refund & Cancellation Policy and the rules of the payment platform.
20. Intellectual Property
The Riyameet name, logo, app design, website design, software, features, text, graphics, and other materials belong to Riyameet or the relevant rights holder.
You must not copy, sell, modify, reproduce, or misuse these materials without permission.
21. Third-Party Services
Riyameet may use third-party services for:

Hosting
Verification
Security
Analytics
Communication
Technical support
Your use of these services may also be subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
22. Service Changes
We may change, improve, add, or remove features from Riyameet from time to time.
