At Riyameet, we want every user to feel safe, comfortable, and respected.
Meeting new people online can be a good experience, but it is always important to be careful. Not everyone you meet online may be honest or trustworthy.
That is why we provide safety features and simple safety guidance to help you use Riyameet with more confidence.

1. Stay Safe on Riyameet
Here are some simple things you can do to stay safe:
Take your time before trusting someone.
Keep your personal information private.
Do not share your password or OTP.
Never share bank or card details with another user.
Never send money to someone you meet online.
Be careful with links sent by other users.
Do not share private photos or videos if you are not comfortable.
Do not share your home address too quickly.
If someone makes you uncomfortable, stop talking to them.
Use the Block and Report features when needed.
Your safety is important, so never feel pressured to do something you do not want to do.
2. Protect Your Personal Information
You should be careful about the information you share with people you meet on Riyameet.
Avoid sharing sensitive information such as:
Passwords
OTPs
Bank account details
Debit or credit card details
Personal documents
Home address
Financial information
Private photos or videos
Other information that you want to keep private
You do not have to share personal information just because another user asks for it.
If someone keeps asking for private information, you can stop talking to them and report the account.
3. Women's Safety
Women’s privacy and safety are very important to Riyameet.
We want women to feel comfortable while creating profiles, talking to people, and using the app.
Every user must respect another person's:
Privacy
Personal space
Choices
Boundaries
Decision to stop talking
The following behaviour is not allowed:
Harassment
Threats

Blackmail
Abuse
Unwanted sexual messages

If you feel uncomfortable with someone, you can Block or Report that user.
4. Safe Communication
Riyameet may provide different ways for users to communicate.
These may include:
Chat
Voice calls
Video calls
When using these features:
Be respectful.
Do not send unwanted messages.
Do not threaten anyone.
Do not use abusive words or behaviour.
Do not pressure someone to share personal information.
Do not pressure someone to share photos or videos.
Respect someone if they do not want to continue the conversation.
If someone asks you to stop contacting them, respect their decision.
5. Report a User
If another user breaks our rules or makes you feel unsafe, please report them.
You can report a user for:
Fake profile
Fake photos
Harassment
Abuse
Threats
Scam
Blackmail
Impersonation
Unwanted messages
Inappropriate content
Suspicious behaviour
Other safety concerns

6. Block a User
If you do not want to communicate with someone, you can use the Block feature.
You may block someone if:
They keep sending unwanted messages.
They make you uncomfortable.

You think their profile is suspicious.
You feel unsafe.

7. Fake Profiles
Fake profiles are not allowed on Riyameet.

Create a profile for another person without permission.
Use false information to mislead other users.
If you think a profile is fake, please report it.
8. Profile Verification
Riyameet may provide verification features to help improve trust between users.
If verification is available, users should provide correct information during the verification process.
Verification does not mean that Riyameet can guarantee that a person is completely safe or trustworthy.
Please still use your own judgment when talking to someone.
9. Scam Safety
Scams can happen on any online platform.
Some people may first become friendly and later ask for money or financial help.
Please be careful if someone asks you for:
Money
A loan
Investment
Gift cards
Bank details
Card details
OTP
Financial help
Payment for an emergency
Never send money just because you met someone on Riyameet.
If someone asks you for money or tries to make you feel pressured, stop the conversation and report the account.
10. Never Share OTP or Password
Riyameet will not ask you to share your personal password or OTP with another user.
Never give your:
Password
OTP
Verification code
Login details
to anyone.
If someone asks for these details, do not share them.
If you think your account has been accessed by someone else, contact us.

11. Blackmail and Threats
Blackmail and threats are not allowed on Riyameet.
If someone threatens you or tries to blackmail you:
Do not send money.
Do not share more private information.
Save important messages or other information if needed.
Block the person.
Report the account.
If you are in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency service.
You should never feel that you have to pay someone because they are threatening you.
12. Private Photos and Videos
Be careful when sharing private photos or videos with another person.
Once you send something online, you may not be able to control what happens to it.
Do not send private content if you are not comfortable.
Users must not share another person's private photos or videos without their permission.
Sharing private content to threaten, shame, or blackmail another person is not allowed.
13. Safe Dating and Meeting
If you decide to meet someone you met on Riyameet, take some simple safety steps.
Before Meeting
Talk to the person first.
Take enough time to know them.
Tell a friend or family member about your plan.
Share the meeting details with someone you trust.
Choose a safe and public place.
Arrange your own travel if possible.
During the Meeting
Meet in a public place.
Keep your phone with you.
Stay aware of your surroundings.
Do not feel pressured to stay.
Leave if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
You can always change your mind about meeting someone.
14. First Meeting Safety
For your first meeting, we suggest choosing places such as:

Do not send money without knowing and trusting the person outside the platform.
16. Respect and Good Behaviour
Riyameet is for meeting and connecting with people.
We expect all users to treat others with respect.
Please:
Be polite.

Respect personal boundaries.
Accept when someone says no.
Stop contacting someone when they ask you to stop.
Everyone has the right to decide who they want to talk to.
17. Harassment Is Not Allowed
Harassment is not allowed on Riyameet.

Using abusive words
Sending unwanted sexual messages
Threatening someone
Repeatedly contacting someone after they say no
Making someone feel afraid or uncomfortable
Sharing private information to hurt someone
Users who break these rules may have their account restricted or removed.
18. Impersonation
Do not pretend to be another person.
You must not use:
Another person's name
Another person's photos
Another person's identity
A fake company or organisation identity
False information to trick another user
If you see an account pretending to be someone else, please report it.
19. Community Guidelines
All users must follow the Riyameet Community Guidelines.
Users must not use Riyameet for:
Fraud
Scams
Harassment
Abuse
Threats
Blackmail
Stalking
Impersonation
Illegal activities
Harmful activities
Unwanted sexual behaviour
Sharing private information without permission
Child sexual abuse or exploitation
Breaking these rules may lead to action against the account.
20. Content Safety
Users can upload content such as photos, videos, profile information, and other content allowed by Riyameet.
Content must not:
Harm another person.
Threaten another person.
Break the law.
Contain child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Share another person's private information without permission.
Promote scams or fraud.
Contain harmful or abusive material.
Riyameet may remove content that breaks our rules.
21. Content Review
To help keep Riyameet safe, we may review user profiles, photos, videos, reports, and other content when needed.
We may review content to:
Check reports.
Find fake profiles.
Stop scams.
Protect users.
Remove harmful content.
Follow our rules.
Follow legal requirements.
If content breaks our rules, we may remove it or take action against the account.
22. Account Safety
Please keep your Riyameet account safe.
You should:
Use your own account.
Keep your login information private.
Use a strong password if a password is used.
Do not share your OTP.
Log out from devices you do not use.

We do not sell your personal information simply because you use Riyameet.
However, no online app or website can promise 100% security.
Please also take care when sharing personal information with other users.

24. Location Safety
Riyameet may use location information to provide features such as finding nearby profiles or improving matches.
Please remember that location information can be personal.
Do not share your exact home address or private location with someone unless you are comfortable doing so.
25. Child Safety
Riyameet is strictly for people aged 18 years or older.
Anyone under 18 is not allowed to create or use a Riyameet account.
We do not allow:
Child sexual abuse
Child sexual exploitation
Sexual content involving children
Attempts to contact children for sexual purposes
Any other behaviour that puts children at risk
If you believe a minor is using Riyameet or you see something related to child safety, please report it immediately.
We take child safety reports seriously and may take appropriate action.
26. What Happens After a Report?
When you report a user or content, Riyameet may review the report.
Depending on the situation, we may:
Review the account.
Review the reported content.
Ask for more information.
Remove content.
Send a warning.
Limit some features.
Suspend the account.
Permanently remove the account.
Take other suitable action.
We may not always be able to share all details about an action taken because of privacy and safety reasons.
27. Safety Outside Riyameet
Riyameet can provide safety tools inside the platform, but we cannot control what another person does outside the platform.
We cannot guarantee the behaviour, identity, or intentions of every user.
Please use your own judgment when talking to or meeting someone.
If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact your local police or emergency service.
